International.
I grew up in the Middle East, Spain, and Germany. The American International School in Israel had the greatest impact on me, teaching me openness and tolerance towards others. The teachers supported and nurtured us in a way I’ve never experienced in any other school. This mindset continues to shape my coaching approach today.
Professionally Qualified.
I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kauffrau, Univ.), am a psychological counselor, certified European Business Coach (ICF certified – International Coaching Federation), internationally certified mediator, Facilitator for Cultural Intelligence (CQ), SCRUM Master, Gallup® Strengths Coach, and Reiki Level 1. I’ve also completed additional training in areas such as systemic constellations, crisis intervention, stress management, communication psychology, and a one-year training as a clown. :-)
Coaching Style.
My trainings are activating, practical and "time flies", so say 99% of my participants. I coach and train with humor, a solution-oriented approach, and with hands-on methods. My coaching is always focused on your goals. I am highly empathetic, genuinely appreciative, energetic, efficient, honest, up-to-date professionally, experienced, and confident. Your development and success are important to me. I coach/advise in both German and English.

Experienced.
For nearly 20 years, I have been working as a coach and seminar leader, primarily in leadership development. I have had over 9,000 participants in my workshops and coaching sessions, ranging from top management, directors, team leaders, and emerging leaders to self-employed professionals. I was also a lecturer in Communication Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences Hannover for several years. Before that, I worked in corporations as an international project manager, product manager with a multimillion-dollar budget, business consultant, and leader. In 2003, I decided to become self-employed and pursue an entrepreneurial path. Today, I am not only an executive coach but also the founder of the Coaching Academy for Equine-Assisted Coaches, EQzellent® (www.eqzellent.de), and a directory for grief counsling with horses: Verzeichnisses für Trauerbegleiter mit Pferd
Athletic.
I’ve been playing basketball for almost 40 years and squash for nearly 25 years. I enjoy competing and testing my own physical limits. And it's also fun to give our best - together as a team.

Other...
Born in 1969 in Munich, I lived in Hamburg for 24 years and now reside in the Rhein-Sieg district. In Hamburg, I loved the gateway to the world, and in NRW, I appreciate the warmth of the people.
What else? Oh yes: Others also call me the "Feedback Queen" or the "Dynamic Free Spirit."
Nature-Lover.
When I have time off, I love exploring nature with my husband and dog, taking photos along the way (because it helps me stay present in the moment!), or digging around in the organic garden. Afterwards, I enjoy cooking something Asian or Spanish and ending the evenings with a glass of Rioja with my partner. I also enjoy coaching outdoors during a walk.
